Today, it is world-known as an efficient superfood with incredible properties. Maca has a positive effect on the functioning of the brain and the nervous system. It was discovered that maca contains lots of essential oils, the A, B, E, and C vitamins, different microelements, and minerals (compounds of copper, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc).
